About the Principal
Rajat Simhan brings over 15 years of experience across government, private, and nonprofit organizations. He has led teams of more than 300 full-time equivalents and managed portfolios and revenue streams exceeding $200 million. As an executive and change agent, he has driven innovation and strategic oversight that improve quality of care, reduce costs, and improve the patient experience.
His work spans complex projects, integrating business functions to improve population health outcomes, adopting artificial intelligence to solve workflow and operational problems, growing market share and revenue, and raising capital. He has served, through Streamline, as Chief Strategy Officer of a community health center network serving more than 45,000 patients and as a principal consultant on care delivery reform at a 196-bed public teaching hospital. Earlier, he was a business development director at a leading electronic health record company.
He presents to executives with clarity, advances shared goals across the public and private sectors, and has contributed to boards for over five years, guiding their strategic direction.
